It's A Grown Woman's Game (IAGWG) empowers women through faith-centered programs, leadership development, and community experiences designed to strengthen confidence, purpose, resilience, and personal growth.
We equip women with practical tools, spiritual encouragement, and supportive connections that help them grow in leadership, strengthen their faith, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Through workshops, conferences, mentoring, and community initiatives, IAGWG creates spaces where women are encouraged to embrace transformation, build meaningful relationships, and become positive influences within their families and communities.
Our work is rooted in the belief that when women are strengthened, equipped, and empowered, transformation extends beyond individuals and impacts families, communities, and future generations.
Our vision is to cultivate a community of grown women who are deeply rooted in God, confident in their identity, and empowered to live authentically while walking boldly in purpose.
We envision women leading with wisdom, embracing personal growth, strengthening their families, and using their gifts and experiences to create meaningful impact within their communities and for generations to come.
